// THE SITE OFFICE

We frame the categories, not just the walls.

A. L. Y. CONSTRUCTION LLC is a residential construction company registered at 1696 Deermont Ave NW, Massillon, OH 44647 — Stark County, in the Tuscarawas valley between Canton and Navarre. This website presents our business scope: 104 residential construction categories, drawn like studs in a framed wall.

The stud-wall metaphor is deliberate. Residential construction divides into fundamentally different arrangements — a general contractor building on your lot, a merchant builder speculating on their own land, and a remodeler working inside walls that already exist. Laying the categories out as four wall sections keeps those arrangements visually separate, exactly as a framing plan separates structural bays.

Massillon sits at the edge of Ohio's Amish country, where timber framing is still a living trade. The stud-wall aesthetic here is a nod to that honest construction tradition: nothing load-bearing that isn't labeled, nothing labeled that isn't real.

// HOW A JOB READS

Six stations, one sequence.

LAYOUT FRAME DRY-IN INSPECT PUNCH CLOSE EVERY JOB PASSES THROUGH THE SAME STATIONS — NEW BUILD OR REMODEL

One wall, three agreements.

General contracting (sections F and B) means building on land that belongs to the client — attached or detached, side-by-side or stacked. For-sale building (section M) is the merchant-builder model: the builder owns the land and sells the finished home. Remodeling (section R) changes walls that already stand — additions, alterations, restoration, and everything between a handyman call and a full renovation.

// SITE RULES

Three rules the site office keeps.

Label every stud

If a category is in the registered scope, it is on the schedule with a number and a section. Nothing hides in the wall cavity.

Respect the boundary

A GC category, a for-sale category, and a remodel category are different agreements. The schedule keeps them in separate bays on purpose.

Measure twice

Scope listings are informational, not commitments. Availability, licensing, and jurisdiction details get confirmed off-Site before anything is built.

// FAQ

Asked at the site office.

Is this website a bid request or contract channel?
No. The Site describes registered business scope for reference. It cannot receive bids, deposits, change orders, or signed documents, and no construction agreement is formed through it.
What's the difference between FRAME F and MARKET M?
FRAME F categories are single-family general contracting — building on land owned by someone else. MARKET M categories are for-sale, merchant, and speculative building — building on the builder's own land and selling the result. The two look similar on a map but are legally and financially different arrangements.
Does the listing mean you take every kind of job?
The schedule describes registered scope — the categories the business is organized to perform — not current job availability, crew capacity, or geographic service area. Those are confirmed directly with the site office.
Do you handle both new construction and remodeling?
The registered scope covers both: new construction general contracting (sections F and B), for-sale building (section M), and addition/alteration/renovation plus fire and flood restoration (section R).
