These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at constructio.shop and www.constructio.shop (the "Site") operated by A. L. Y. CONSTRUCTION LLC, 1696 Deermont Ave NW, Massillon, OH 44647, United States (the "Company"). By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is a static informational reference describing the Company's registered scope of residential construction activities, organized into four wall sections: single-family general contracting (S-001–S-024), multifamily general contracting (S-025–S-041), for-sale and merchant building (S-042–S-076), and addition/alteration/renovation plus restoration (S-077–S-104).
The Site is not: a bid solicitation, a request for proposals, a contract offer, an estimate or quoting tool, a payment or deposit channel, a permit application, or a substitute for a written construction agreement. No construction contract is formed, modified, or administered through the Site.
Category listings on the schedule describe the business classifications the Company is organized to perform. They do not constitute:
Fire and flood restoration categories (S-088, S-089) describe construction restoration scope, not emergency response services; this Site does not dispatch crews. "Handyman construction service" (S-090) describes a business classification, not a booking channel.
Using the Site or submitting an inquiry does not create a contractor–client, developer–purchaser, or any other professional relationship. Any construction work would proceed only under a separate written agreement negotiated and executed directly with the Company — never through this website.
All content on the Site — text, the "Stud Wall" design system, illustrations, layout, and code — is owned by the Company or its Developer and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, mirror, or systematically scrape the Site's design or content without written permission.
Construction-payment fraud is common: criminals impersonate contractors and demand wire transfers or deposits by email. The Company will never request a payment, deposit, wire transfer, gift card, or credential through this Site. If you receive a payment request claiming to be from us, verify by phone at +1 (260) 286-2961 before sending anything. Report suspected impersonation to hello.li.wei@constructio.shop.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Scope descriptions are general references; project-specific applicability, code requirements, and licensing must be verified independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. In all cases, total liability arising from or related to this Site is capped at US $100. This cap does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not apply to actual construction agreements, which are governed by their own contracts.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its Developer from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the Site or these Terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
